2- Year 2013 executive management of the building renovation project under the supervision of Bank of Industry & Mine, Khorram Abad branch, with an area of 1210 square meters under the building, including: strengthening of the metal structure and architectural changes in the building, implementation of the treasury and safe deposit box, implementation of the facade with dry ceramic material and metal punch sheet and laminated glass with spider holder (collaboration with PAYVARAN TOSE-E Engineering Company)
3- 2014 executive management of the building renovation project under the supervision of Bank of Industry & Mine, Kermanshah branch, with an area of 1050 square meters, including: strengthening of the metal structure and architectural changes in the building, implementation of the treasury and safe deposit box, construction and installation of a light structure for the construction of a conference hall on The last floor, facade implementation with dry ceramic material and HPL sheet and laminated glass with spider holder (collaboration with PAYVARAN TOSE-E Engineering Company)
4- Year 2015, contract management and implementation of the project for the construction of a 6-story commercial office building located in Marzdaran Blvd., Tehran, with an area of 1100 square meters under the building, including: excavation and stabilization of the pit with a depth of 12 meters, construction and installation of a metal frame and implementation of a steel deck
5- Year 2016, managing the construction projects of the Iranian Blood Transfusion Organization buildings in area 5 of Tehran (Satari highway) and area 20 of Tehran (Shahr Ray) with a total area of 1650 square meters of infrastructure, from the stage of construction and installation of metal framework and implementation of stiffening and joinery stages with Lightweight and insulating materials, procurement and installation of mechanical facilities and medical and hospital equipment of those blood transfusion organization units and delivery to the operator (collaboration with PAYVARAN TOSE-E Engineering Company)
6- In 2019, the contract management for the construction of the Bank of Industry and Mine’s branch building in Hormozgan province was undertaken. The project involved the construction of a building with a total area of 1205 square meters, including the complete installation of the steel skeleton structure and steel deck roofing. Additionally, it included the construction of the bank’s vault and safe deposit boxes, and the implementation of a decorative dry ceramic facade with aluminum canopies suited to the region’s hot climate. Thermal break windows were also installed in the building to reduce thermal transfer and prevent energy loss.
7- Year 1401, managing the construction of the building of Bank of Industry & Mine of Ilam branch with an area of 1050 square meters of infrastructure and the construction of the building of Sanat and Mining Bank of Arak branch with an area of 1250 square meters of infrastructure, including the stages of excavation and construction and installation of metal framework (collaboration with PAYVARAN TOSE-E Engineering Company)
8- In 2023, the design, calculations, and specialized implementation of the dry ceramic facade and curtain wall for a specialized eye clinic project with a total area of 12,000 square meters were carried out in the city of Bandar Abbas.
9- Year 1402, design, calculations, construction, installation and specialized execution of GFRC facade of Fanoos mall commercial office complex with an area of 55000 square meters, located in Bandar Abbas city
10- After the specialized design and implementation of the dry ceramic facade of Dr. Salehipour’s treatment project, the management of the design and implementation of that project under the brand name Patris Doctors’ Complex and Surgery Center Limited (Dr. Masoud Salehipour) with the substructure of 12,000 square meters, from 1403 to the engineering group. DEBEC was handed over and after reviewing the plans and the executed location of the building, the redesign of the mechanical and electrical facilities according to the hospital regulations was put on the agenda, and also by presenting the architectural and interior architecture plans, the executive activity within the project began.
